Our Team

Wendell received an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and obtained a position at a major auto insurance company as a corporate claims adjuster. There, he obtained extensive training in various aspects of insurance claim handling, including but not limited to the injury claim process. His experience as an adjuster allowed him to gain knowledge in the insurance industry, which led to an interest in the law and the University of Florida, Levin School of Law.

As a law student, he enrolled in the law school‘s Family Law and Intellectual Property Certificate programs, In the Family Law Certificate Program, he focused on those issues related to family law, the complications that come with them. and the impact of the law on traditional and nontraditional families. As an intern at the University’s Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic, he was able to serve as counsel in the full representation of indigent clients in divorce. As a member of the Intellectual Property Certificate program, he was provided with intense legal training in all aspects of intellectual property and had an additional concentration in dispute resolution and sports law.

As an attorney, prior experience as a corporate claims representative allowed him to gain positions in personal injury and insurance defense. He has practiced as both plaintiff counsel and insurance defense while handling all aspects of civil practice. Wendell has also practiced family law for a private law firm and as an assistant regional counsel for the State of Florida where he defended clients in child dependency, termination of parental rights, juvenile delinquency, and criminal cases. After leaving the Regional Counsels office. Wendell opened a law firm in south Florida covering the areas of personal injury, family. criminal, and entertainment law in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Wendell has now relocated to the Orlando area and partnered with Adam O’Neil to bring you the law firm of Davison & O’Neil. At Davison & O’Neil, his experiences have allowed him to gain insight in various areas of the law and establish a full service law firm that aggressively protect client’s rights.

After passing the bar in Florida. Adam worked for one of the largest consumer protection firms in Florida and led the Debt Harassment, Debt Settlement, and Foreclosure Defense Departments as well as handling many Family Law and Criminal cases. Adam has also been certified with the NFLPA as a Contract Advisor.

Eventually, Adam decided to leave the large firm to begin Davison & O’Neil, PLLC with Anorney Wendell Davison. in order to provide excellent and more personalized representation lo each and every client.

Adam’s practice now focuses on Personal Injury/Car Accidents, Sports and Entertainment, Family, Criminal, Foreclosure Defense, and Debt Harassment.
